Gibson Computers repairs service includes both desktop and laptop computers. Both hardware and software issues are dealt with and every care is taken to ensure we do our best to repair your computer as economically as possible.

Repairs

Should you need to bring in your computer for repair, please bring it to the shop where details of your computing problem will be taken. You will be given a job repair sheet with a unique identification number. You will be told the expected wait time for diagnosing your repair before your machine is booked in. Your machine will then be taken to our new workshop where it will be worked on and a diagnosis made. A technician will contact you before any major work is carried out and an estimate of the cost will be given. Once the go ahead is given we will endevour to complete the repair within 24 hours (subject to availability of parts). Once the repair is completed your machine will be transported back to the shop where you will be contacted to inform you that it is available for you to pick up.
You can pre-book your repair with us if you wish to. Please contact the shop to arrange a date. If you do have any minor issues with your computer and need help, you can always contact our shop for any advice.

On site

We have an on site technician who can visit your home, if you prefer, at a rate of £35 per hour. We also offer Broadband Thursday. This is a special offer available only on Thursday for customers who need Broadband setting up.
